Soft-delete a procedure

Deleting the bot’s ENTRY procedure is REFUSED (409 `BOT_PROCEDURE_ENTRY_IN_USE`) — it is the call flow, so clear `entryProcedureId` on the bot config first. Note this differs from workflows, where deleting the active one is allowed: a bot without a workflow falls back to prompt-only, a bot without its entry procedure does not. To stop a procedure immediately without deleting it, PATCH `enabled: false`. Required scope: `bots.write`.

Route an inbound number to a bot POST

Creates (or refreshes) the generated start → dispatchBot IVR flow and activates it. Idempotent. Returns 409 `PHONE_NUMBER_HAS_CUSTOM_FLOW` when the number already routes through a hand-built flow — those are never replaced. Required scope: `bots.write`.
